| 摘 要： | 在辗环机轴系联轴器中,对锥面联接零件传递转矩的受力情况进行分析,运用CAD软件UG高级仿真模块对锥体联接结构件进行有限元分析,并对不同锥角对传递扭矩大小进行研究,对设计锥面联接零件具有指导意义,可作为实际设计制造时的参考。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the transmission torque on＇ ring rolling machine shaft coupling to cone connection parts and uses CAD software and UG advanced simulation module to do its finite element analysis. At the same time, it also studies the effective efficiency sizes of the transfer torque at the different angles and puts forward instructive suggestions for its design which can be used as the basis for the actual design and manufacturing. |
