坚持科学发展观,构建和谐校园是全面建设小康社会的内在要求。构建和谐校园是促进学校全面协调发展的现实需要,是增强校园创造活力的现实需要,是实现校园安定有序的现实需要。江汉油田培训中心要构建和谐校园就必须做好五个方面的工作:一要努力实现办学层次与办学类型的和谐发展;二要实现教育管理与教学服务的和谐统一;三要努力实现教学与教研教改的和谐统一;四要努力实现学员发展的和谐统一;五要通过提高教师素质实现教与学的和谐统一。
