摘    要:本文通过建立数学模型,用实验室内精密仪和偏差的数据来对腊肠中钠测量的不确定度进行评估,取得良好的效果。本文采用了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定腊肠中钠含量,对其测定过程进行分析、评定,分析了腊肠中钠含量测定中称量、配制、重复性测定及线性拟合曲线时所带来的不确定度,获得其不确定度结果,其扩展不确定度为U=10.26mg.kg~(-1)(k=2)。通过评定测量过程中存在的不确定度,使其结果更科学可靠。

Abstract:In this paper, a mathematical model was established, and the uncertainty of sodium measurement in sausage was evaluated by using precision instruments and laboratory data, and achieved good results. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the sodium content in sausage, and the determination process was analyzed and evaluated. The uncertainty was brought from samples weighing, preparation, determination of repeatability and linear curve fitting. The result shows that the expanded uncertainty is 10.26mg/kg (k = 2). Through the assessment of uncertainty, the resuh is more scientific and reliable.
