| 摘 要： | 用实验方法研究了坯料硬度、整形量和凹模预盈量等参数对整形后直齿圆柱齿轮齿形尺寸的影响。结果表明,随材料硬度或整形量的提高,整形后齿轮的跨三齿公法线长度变长;随凹模预盈量的增大,整形后齿轮的跨三齿公法线长度和齿根圆直径减小;与整形量相比,材料硬度或凹模预盈量对整形后齿轮齿形尺寸的影响更大,可以通过调整凹模预盈量,在一定范围内调整整形后齿轮的齿形尺寸。

| Abstract: | The influences of material hardness,the interference value between billet and die and the interference value between shrinkage ring and die insert on the dimensions of a spur gear formed by cold sizing were studied by experiment.
