线型离子阱中囚禁离子运动特性分析及离子信号检测

摘    要:线型离子阱把199Hg+离子作为工作物质,利用离子囚禁技术,制成有很高准确度和稳定度的标准频率源.理论上对阱中囚禁离子的运动特性进行分析,根据离子运动特点,采取检测囚禁离子的方法--射频共振吸收法,并从实验上得到了囚禁离子的射频共振吸收信号,为下一步的离子荧光检测实验和微波共振实验提供了基础.

Abstract:The ions can be trapped in the linear ion trap to make the standard frequency source with higher accuracy and stability by the trapping technique using()~(199)Hg~ as active medium.According to the motion characteristics of the trapped ions which were analysed theoretically,the detection method for trapped ions,i.e.,radio resonance absorption method,was used to acquire the radio resonance signals of trapped ions experimentally and provide a further basis for ion fluorescance detection and microwave resonance tests.
