| 摘 要： | 文章讨论了在大力倡导培养创新型人才形式下,结合宁波大学以服务地方经济为特色的办学要求,着力加强学生的科研和社会实践能力,以培养具有创新能力的化学化工专业人才为目标,从教学方法和手段的改进、教学理念的更新,教学内容的改革等方面进行了一些探索与改革,并设计了具有代表性的专业综合化学实验。经过两年的教学实践改革,取得了一定的效果。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the reform professional synthetic chemical experiment teaching was discussed in order to cultivate innovative talents.author made the exploration and innovation with the improving of teaching methods and means,updating the teaching philosophy,renovation the teaching contents,and designed the professional synthetic chemical experiment. |
