012Al钢齿轮精锻模失效分析

摘    要:012Al钢制齿轮精锻模在使用中早期失效。采用宏观检验、金相检验和硬度测试等方法分析了模具的失效原因。结果表明,模具的早期失效主要是由于离子渗氮层较浅,脆性较大,以及存在脉状氮化物等缺陷所致。针对上述原因,提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:The finish forging die for gear,made of 012AI steel,failed early in service.Macroscopic and metallographic examinations and hardness test were performed to reveal the causes of die failure.The results show that premature failure of the die arises mainly from more shallow and britller ion-nitrided case and such delects as vein nitride and so on present in the case.The corresponding measures to improve on the die quality were put forward.
