| 摘 要： | 重型汽车制动器管在潮湿的环境中使用时发生破裂。采用化学成分分析、力学性能试验、断口分析和金相分析等方法分析了制动器管破裂的原因。结果表明，制动器管破裂主要是由于应力腐蚀所致。在制作过程中进行去应力退火或采用合锌量小于15％的黄铜管可防止制动器管开裂。

| Abstract: | Brake pipe of heavy-duty truck exposed to wet environment cracked in service.Chemical composition analysis,mechanical property test,fracture analysis and metallographic examination were performed to reveal the cause of brake pipe cracking.The results show that the brake pipe cracking arises mainly from the stress corrosion.If stress relieving during manufacturing or brass pipe containing less than 15%Zn is adopted,the brake pipe can be prevented from cracking. |
