| 摘 要： | 根据当前河南省新农村建设全面提速,将在县级政府所在镇之外的村镇建成新农村建设示范镇.然而目前,河南新农村房屋存在着诸多问题,例如建设分散、没有合理考虑防灾规划、不经过正规设计、施工队伍没有相应施工资格、建筑用材质量不舍格等问题.因此,河南新农村房屋建设中的抗震减灾问题必须重视,分析并提出实用可行的建设性意见,以期引起广泛重视,具有重要的现实意义和实用价值.

| Abstract: | According to the current full speed construction of new countryside in Henan Province,where the town government in the county towns and villages outside the town to build a new rural development model.Currently,however,Henan,there are many new rural housing problems,such as the construction of dispersion,there is no reasonable to consider disaster planning,without a formal design and construction team is no corresponding construction qualifications,construction material of inferior quality and other issues.Therefore,Henan rural housing construction in the earthquake disaster reduction must be seriously analyzed and put forward practical and feasible for their constructive comments,in order to arouse widespread attention,has important practical significance and practical value. |
