焊接快速成形技术的发展现状

摘    要:焊接快速成形技术是近几十年才发展起来的新型制造技术,具有高灵活性、低成本和高生产效率等优点,在军事、医疗、交通、教育等许多行业都得到了广泛应用。简单介绍了焊接快速成形技术的原理及特点,概述了以钨极氩弧焊、熔化极气体保护焊、等离子弧焊、激光焊、电子束焊为基础的焊接快速成形技术国内外的发展现状,指出了焊接快速成形技术在发展中存在的问题,并就关于成形精度、成形性能、成形材料的问题进行了分析。

Abstract:Welding-based rapid prototyping is a new type of manufacturing technology developed in recent dec-ades.It has been widely applied in many industries such as military,medical,transportation and education due to the high flexibility,low cost and high production efficiency.The paper briefly introduces the principle and characteristics of the welding-based rapid prototyping,and summarizes the development status at home and broad of the rapid proto-typing based on tungsten argon arc welding,gas metal arc welding,plasma arc welding,laser welding and electron beam welding.It also points out the main problems existing in the development of welding-based rapid prototyping technology,and analyzes the key problems such as the forming precision,formability and forming materials.
