微小颗粒PET固相缩聚研究

摘    要:研究了机械粉碎对PET颗粒分子量及结晶性质的影响;固相缩聚时,N2流量对不同粒径的PET颗粒产物黏度的影响,PET颗粒大小以及反应温度对聚合速度的影响。结果表明,机械粉碎不会降低PET颗粒的分子量也不会破坏结晶性质;较小尺寸的PET颗粒在固相缩聚时存在最佳粒径,最佳时间和最佳N2流量;提高反应温度,固相缩聚速度加快。

Abstract:Influence of smash on viscosity and crystallization character of PET particle and influence of flow rate of N2 and different size of PET particle on rate of polymerization reaction in the solid-state polycondensation(SSP) was studied.The result expresses that smash has no effect on viscosity and crystallization character of PET,When PET particles take place solid state polymerization(SSP)there are optimum polymerization time;optimum size of PET particles and optimum flow rate of N2,polymerization rate increases with reaction temperature increasing.
