| 摘 要： | 文中介绍了几种油相材料在乳化炸药实际的生产应用中的试验结果.结果表明在乳化剂选定的情况下,首先要考虑油相材料的HLB值与乳化剂的HLB值匹配,以保证使用最少的乳化剂获得最佳的乳化效果;其次要有合适的粘度;再者要选择凝固点尽可能低的油相材料.

| Abstract: | In this paper,some kinds of oil phrase applied in emulsion explosive are presented. The results indicate that in the ease of emulsifying explosive using certain emulsifier ehoosen, in order to use least emulsifiers and to obtain optimal emulsion effect, first, the HLB value of oil phrase should match with that of emulsifiers, second, the viscosity of oil phrase should be appropriate. Finally, the freezing point of oil phrase should be as low as possible. |
