| 摘 要： | 本文根据两种建设项目管理体系的对比分析,提出了只有实施建设项目的专业化管理、严密严格的合同管理、质量保证体系的建立、质量责任制的落实以及项目管理信息系统的建设,才能确保建设项目三大目标的实现.

| Abstract: | The comparing and analysing of two kinds of construction project management system in this paper,have proposed only implementing the specialized management and the strice and tight contract management,setting-up quality certification system,implementation of the responsibility system of quality of the construction project,the construction of the management information system of project,could guarntee the realization of three major goals of construction project. |
