摘    要:小浪底水电站具有水流过机含沙量高和水头变幅大两大特点,使得水轮机泥沙磨损问题十分突出。抗磨防护涂层是解决水轮机泥沙磨损问题的重要措施之一,根据十几年来国内外有关方面的研究,最终决定将碳化钨硬涂层大面积应用于水轮机转轮、导叶等部件,并在合同中规定了对抗磨涂层防护效果的保证。

Abstract:The Xiaolangdi hydropower station has two distinctive features. One is that the sediment concentration through the turbine is high and another is that the water head range is big, so the sand erosion problem of turbine is very obvious. Erosion resistant coating is one of the important measures to solve the sand erosion problem of turbine. Based on the research works for more than ten years on this topic at home and abroad, the hard coating of WC was chosen to apply to runners, wicket gates and so on of turbines. The contract gives the guarantees to protective effects of erosion resistant coating.
