摘    要:实验发现聚丙烯酰胺的存在有利于新疆克拉玛依复合驱采出原油乳状液的破乳。本文详细介绍了新疆克拉玛依复合驱原油乳状液稳定性实验及其破乳过程中聚丙烯酰胺所起的作用。三元复合驱中由于碱、高聚物的加入,影响破乳过程的因素十分复杂,本文尝试从不同剂对乳状液界面性质影响的角度出发,通过微量量热法及界面张力的测定,探讨聚丙烯酰胺对三元复合驱采出液破乳过程的影响。

Abstract:Itwas shown in a series of laboratory experiments o n the dehydration, spontaneous and withthe help of a demulsifier, of the high w ater cut crude oil produced from an ASP floodingreservoir in Karamay that the existance of polyacrylamide (HPAM) promotes in some casesthe demulsification/de hydration (D/D) process. The high water cut crude oil samples takenwere the emu lsions of purified crude oil and flooding solutions with varyingconcentrations of surfactant(S, a Karamay petroleum sulfonate) and HPAM in oil-to-waterratio 11∶89. The promotion of D/D by demulsifier AP7525 in 100 ppm was observed when theaqueous phase contained 300-500 ppm of S and 500 ppm of HPAM or 100-500 p pm of HPAM and400 ppm of S. The best result of D/D would be obtained with 300 p pm of AP7525,500 ppm ofHPAM, and 300 ppm of S. This experimental phenominon is explained in terms of theinteraction of HPAM with AP7525, a water soluble polye thylenepolyamine initiated triblockPO/EO/PO polyether, and the formation of com plex compound through bydrogen bonding, whichwas evidenced by microcalorimetri c data.
