秸秆类生物质压块棱角撕裂倒钝过程数值分析

摘    要:针对生产过程中出现的压块成型设备模孔边角处堵塞原料造成压块棱角撕裂倒钝现象的形成机理进行研究,运用FEA分析软件ANSYS11.0模拟成型过程中原料的流动与塑性形变过程并通过试验对比研究,为压块成型设备结构优化提供技术依据。

Abstract:There was a phenomenon in the straw and stalk biomass briquetting process that the four edges of the briquette was tore and became blunt angles.It can not only reduce the quality of briquette,but also lower the production,and lessen the life expectancy of briquetting equipment.The reason of the briquette ripping phenomenon by studying the material blocked in the die holes edge during producing process was analyed.The finite element analysis software AN- SYS11.0 was used to simulate the flowing and deforming...
