固体燃料冲压发动机内流场数值模拟

摘    要:基于二维轴对称雷诺平均Navier-Stokes方程,数值模拟了带化学反应的固体燃料冲压发动机内流场,数值格式为二阶迎风格式,湍流模型为k-ε模型,燃烧模型为涡耗散模型.分析了燃烧室内的流场结构、压力分布及化学组分分布.在化学计量比条件下,分别研究了空燃比与补燃室长度对发动机性能参数的影响.研究结果表明,随空燃比增大,发动机推力减小,比冲和燃烧效率随之提高;随着补燃室长度的增大,发动机推力、比冲和燃烧效率均提高.

Abstract:Based on two-dimensional axisymmetric Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations, the whole internal flow field of Solid Fuel Ramjet(SFRJ) with chemical reaction was numerically simulated. The numerical form was two-order upwind scheme; the turbulent model was the k-ε model; the combustion model was eddy dissipation model. The flow field structure, pressure distribution and chemical species distribution in combustion chamber were analyzed. Under the conditions of stoichiometric ratio, the influences of secondary combustion chamber and air-fuel ratio on the performance parameter were investigated. Results indicate that the increase of air-fuel ratio induces the decreases of thrust, and the specific impulse and combustion efficiency increase respectively. As the length of secondary combustion chamber increases, the thrust, specific impulse and combustion efficiency increase respectively.
