Mscomm与C在监控系统和智能仪表的串行通讯中的应用

摘    要:讨论了在WinCC构筑的上位监控系统中,从另一个利用8051单片机构成的现场智能仪表中采集数据的一种实现方法。首先,应用Visual Basic的通讯控件Mscomm,通过RS232串口定时将智能仪表中的数据读入装有WinCC上位监控软件的上位机,并存入某个二进制文件;而后利用WinCC软件内嵌的C编译器编程,将二进制文件中相应的数据——赋值给WinCC中的internaltag(内部标签);这样,在上位监控部分设计中,即可随时读取这些来自于现场智能仪表的实时数据,最终实现将智能仪表中的数据纳入上位监控系统中统一使用。

Abstract:This paper discussed a way to make serial communication with RS232 serial port between computer superior control system designed by WinCC and intelligent instrument constructed by 8051 single chip (compu-)(ter). At first, the paper expatiated the method of how to use Mscomm.ocx to input the data of intelligent instrument into computer through RS232. Then the data was stored in the form of binary file from which those data could be assigned to internal tag of WinCC following the running of a certain C program file. Finally, the data from intelligent instrument could be incorporated in the computer supervisory control system.
