| Abstract: | The SARS gave a lesson of city crisisto Beijing, Guangzhou and other big cities in the springof 2003, and the frequent accidents and calamities inthe big and middle-sized cities goes beyond the capa-bilities of those cities to handle with. From nine as-pects this paper discusses the relationship betweencity calamity precaution planning and city compre-hensive calamities reduction in order to establish ad-ministrative system and planning system of calami-ties reduction for the cities in China. |
