钛取代杂多硅钨酸盐掺杂聚苯胺的制备及光催化性能

摘    要:以Keggin结构钛取代杂多硅钨酸盐α-K6[SiW11TiO40].xH2O为掺杂剂制备了α-SiW11Ti/PANI电子聚合物材料。用红外光谱和紫外光谱对此材料进行了表征。以紫外灯为光源,以α-SiW11Ti/PANI为光催化剂,探讨了光催化降解苯酚的条件。考察了催化剂的用量、光解时间对高铁酸钾氧化苯酚的影响。实验结果表明,对于浓度为10 mg/L的苯酚溶液,催化剂投加量为1.5 g/L,在300 W的紫外灯照射下,光催化降解6 h,去除率可达90.75%,TOC去除率达86.3%。

Abstract:α-SiW11Ti/PANI electron polymer materials were prepared by using Keggin structure heteropolysilicotungstate isomers α–K6[SiW11TiO40]·xH2O as depart.The materials were characterized by,IR and UV-Vis spectra techniques.The potassium ferrate was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of the phenol in water under the UV ray and by using an ultraviolet lamp as the photochemical reaction instrument.The experimental conditions were optimized.The effects of the catalyst quantity and rection time on decolorizing efficiency of the solution were discussed in detail.The experimental results show maximum rate of photocataltic degradation was 90.5% and degradation rate of TOC was 86.3% in the solution containing 10mg/L of aqueous phenol when the dosage of catalyst was 1.5 g/L and the photocatalytic degradation duration was 6 h.
