摘    要:介绍了承钢2 500 m3高炉热风炉烟气余热在实施预热助燃风的基础上,采用热管换热技术,进一步回收烟气余热,加装热水发生器生产热水,供职工洗浴的工艺流程。该项目的实施可将排烟温度降至150℃以下,对降低炼铁工序能耗做出了积极贡献,推广和借鉴意义重大。

Abstract:Based on preheated combustion - supporting air blowing to gas come from hot blast stove, hot water generator with thermal -exchanging pipes is added to offer hot water for workers to both. It can make the temperature of discharged gas lower down to below 150~C and makes a contribution for energy - saving.
