电铝热法FeV_(80)冶炼碳含量研究

摘    要:通过对电铝热法FeV80冶炼过程碳含量的跟踪研究,分析了实际生产中V2O3与V2O5的原料质量比由6∶4提高到8∶2时成品含碳量增加的原因。通过元素平衡分析、修订原辅材料标准,确定冶炼工艺控制措施,从根本上解决了增大原料中V2O3比例后FeV80含碳量超标的问题,采取措施后,吨FeV80成本降低3 000元,收效十分明显。

Abstract:Based on the tracing research on carbon content in FeVs0 smelting with electro - alurninotherrnic process, it is analyzed the reason for increase of carbon content in practical production when raw material mass ratio of V2O3 and V2O5 increased from 6:4 to 8:2. With elements balance analysis, revising standard of raw and auxiliary material, determining smelting process control measures, the problem is thorough solved that the carbon content in FeV80 surpasses the standard when ratio of V2O3 in raw material increased.
