| 摘 要： | 承钢在40t转炉半干法除尘试验的基础上，对150t转炉也采用半干法除尘，目前已经稳定运行了两年多，提高风机运行寿命3—5倍，吨钢节电2度、多回收转炉煤气10m^3，减少30％循环水量，同时粉尘排放浓度符合国家颁布的最新标准80mg／m^3，取得了良好效果。

| Abstract: | It is introduced the application of semi -dry dust collecting technique in 150 t converter. The system has operated over two years. It can prolong working life of blower for 3 - 5 times, save electricity 2 kilowatt - hours per ton of steel, increase gas recovery by 10 m^3 , decrease quantity of circular water by 30 percent, and dust discharge condense is within the newest national standard： 80mg/m^3. |
