| 摘 要： | 夹送辊设备位于精轧机F6出口，其功能是将精轧机轧制出的带钢夹紧并传递一定的速度送到平板机，在窄带钢生产中起到了咽喉作用。介绍了宣钢小型轧钢厂热带车间夹送辊存在的问题，对箱体与底座采用凸凹台阶定位、主被动立轴防水和密封设计、夹送辊底座重新设计等改造后，降低了设备维护成本，减轻了工人劳动强度，提高了该生产线的产量和产品质量。

| Abstract: | It is introduced the problems of pinch roll in hot -rolling strip steel workshop, and how to solve it： adopting sunken - raised - steps locating for box and base, waterproof and sealing design for driving and driven vertical shafts, designing again the base of pinch roll. After that the cost for equipments maintenance reduced, labor strength lightened, output increased, quality improved. |
