数字化监控热轧带钢轧机间隙对控制轧机稳定性的初步探讨

摘    要:通过分析轧机刚度、轧机间隙与轧机稳定性的关系,了解到调节轧机间隙量可提高轧机稳定性。轧机间隙量包括垂直间隙的16个接触面和水平间隙的16个接触面,只有保证这32个接触问隙全部在合理范围内,轧机的稳定性才会有所提高。通过建立数据化的轧机间隙、轧机刚度与轧机稳定性评价体系,有针对性地修正间隙量,达到监控轧机间隙、提高轧机稳定性的目的,为批量生产薄规格带钢提供了技术条件。

Abstract:We know the rolling mill stabilization can be improved with adjusting gap of mill from analysis of the relations between its rigidity, gap and stabilization. This target can be reached with construction of numeric mill gap - rigidity - stabilization monitoring and controlling system and purposely adjusting and controlling the gaps.
