| 摘 要： | 坯料在加热炉内跑偏是步进式加热炉的一种常见现象，是可以控制的。否则，板坯就不能在加热炉内正常运行，轻则刮坏炉墙，重则使钢坯在炉内堆挤，造成停产事故。针对酒钢棒材步进式加热炉炉内板坯跑偏的现象，从操作、设计、制造、安装等方面提出了改造措施。
