果蔬包装材料研究进展

摘    要:随着消费者对果蔬品质和保藏期要求的提高,以及环保意识的增强,功能化、环保化、简便化逐渐成为果蔬保鲜包装的主流趋势。总结了近年来国内外果蔬保鲜包装材料的最新研究进展,重点论述了功能性保鲜膜、可食性膜、新型包装纸等包装材料在果蔬保鲜中的一些运用。其中可食性膜是今后研究的重点,有很好的发展前景。
