摘    要:论文通过采用等离子切割加智能自动控制的方法,结合现场实际情况,设计并制造了一套能够在两分钟时间内完成剪切厚14~20nm、宽1600nm钢板的自动切割系统,解决了热切厚板取样的难题,满足了生产的需要。

Abstract:By using the method of plasma cutting and smart automatic controlling and combining with the actual situation on site, an automatic cutting system, which can cut off the steel plate of 14mm high and 1600mm wide within 2 minutes, has been designed and manufactured and the production requirement is met.
