QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜中6种氨基甲酸酯农药及其代谢物的含量

摘    要:目的建立QuEChERS-液相色谱串联质谱法测定蔬菜中6种氨基甲酸酯农药及其代谢物的含量。方法蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯农药及其代谢物经乙腈提取QuEChERS试剂净化,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法多反应监测模式对6种氨基甲酸酯农药及其代谢物进行定量测定。结果通过减少进样量有效抑制基质效应对定量结果的影响。该方法线性范围10~200 ng/mL,相关系数(r)为0.9937~9997。在3种基质(黄瓜、白菜、菠菜)中添加3个浓度水平(0.01、0.03、0.32mg/kg)的回收率为57.5%~110.2%,相对标准偏差为2.53%~12.0%,检出限为0.002~0.003mg/kg。结论该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、适用于蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯农药及其代谢物的监测工作。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 carbamate pesticides and their metabolites in vegetables by QuEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The carbamate pesticides and their metabolites in vegetables were extracted by acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS reagent. The 6 carbamate pesticides and their metabolites were quantitatively determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monitoring mode. Results The effect of matrix effect on quantitative results was effectively suppressed by reducing the amount of injection. The linear ranges of this method were 10-200 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.9937-9997. The recoveries at 3 spiked levels (0.01, 0.03, and 0.32 mg/kg) in the 3 substrates (cucumber, Chinese cabbage, and spinach) were 57.5%-110.2%, with the relative standard deviations of 2.53%-12.0%. The limits of detection were 0.002-0.003 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and sensitive, which is suitable for monitoring carbamate pesticides and their metabolites in vegetables.
