刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊对小鼠睡眠的影响

目的评价刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊作为保健食品改善睡眠的作用。方法分别以0.5、1.0、1.5 g/kg剂量连续灌胃胶囊30 d后,然后采用直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验观察小鼠睡眠相关指标。结果与对照组相比, 3个剂量的刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验中的睡眠时间(P0.05),中、高剂量明显缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期(P0.05);但各剂量对小鼠体重和直接睡眠无影响,未增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量诱导的小鼠睡眠发生率(P0.05)。结论刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊具有改善小鼠睡眠作用。

Effect of Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsule on the sleep of mice

Objective To evaluate the sleep improvement effect of Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsule in mice. Methods The capsules were continuously administered at a dose of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 g/kg for 30 d, then sleeping indexes of mice were observed in the direct sleep test, the extending test with sodium pentobarbital, the hypnosis test under subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital, and the incubation period test with barbital sodium. Results Compared with the control group, the sleep time of the extending test with sodium pentobarbital was significantly prolonged in the 3 dose of Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsules (P<0.05), and the sleep latency of barbital was shorten in the middle and high dose group (P<0.05). However, all dose of capsules had no effect on body weight and direct sleep time, and did not increase the incidence of sleep induced by sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium (P>0.05). Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsules can improve the sleep of mice.
