摘    要:农药残留作为影响食品安全的主要危害因子,一直是食品安全检测的重点对象。由于食品安全问题的重要性,食品中农药残留的检测技术面临着巨大的挑战。碳纳米管是国内外广泛关注的一类纳米碳材料,具有比表面积大、吸附容量高、吸附性能强、易化学修饰等特点,近年来逐渐成为食品安全检测领域的研究热点。本文介绍了碳纳米管的类型和特点及其功能化,论述了近几年碳纳米管在食品农药多残留分析领域的相关进展,以期为今后开展相关的研究提供参考。

Abstract:Pesticide residues, as one of major hazard factors affecting food safety, have always been the focus of food safety analysis. Because of the growing importance of food safety issues, the detection technology of pesticide residues in food is faced with great challenges. Carbon nanotubes is nanometer-sized carbon material composed of six-membered rings of carbon with characteristics of high adsorption capacity, strong adsorption capacity, easy chemical modification and so on, which have gradually become a research hotspot in the field of food safety detection. This paper introduced the types, characteristics and functionalization of carbon nanotubes, and reviewed the progress in the field of multi-residue analysis of food pesticides in recent years, so as to provide references for future research.
