菊粉调节能量代谢紊乱机制的研究进展

摘    要:随着人们膳食结构的转变,高脂、高能量膳食诱发的以能量代谢紊乱为共同特征的肥胖、糖尿病等相关慢性代谢疾病已经成为困扰全球的公共卫生问题。菊粉对预防能量代谢紊乱及其相关代谢性疾病的发生和发展有重要作用。本文从改善肠道菌群失调、调节肠道微生物的发酵产物、降低宿主炎症状态以及影响相关酶和基因的表达4 个方面综述了菊粉调节宿主能量代谢紊乱的机制,以期为菊粉的进一步研究与应用提供参考。

Abstract:Due to the popularity of high-fat diet, the global prevalence of obesity and its metabolic comorbidities has increased considerably over the past several decades and has become a major public health problem worldwide. Inulin plays an important role in preventing the occurrence and development of energy metabolism disorders and metabolic diseases. This paper focuses on the mechanism by which inulin regulates host energy metabolism disorders from four aspects, including improving intestinal flora imbalance, regulating intestinal microbial metabolites, reducing the host inflammatory state and influencing of related enzyme activities and gene expression. Hopefully, this paper will provide a basis for further research and applications of inulin.
