摘    要:目的建立气相色谱法同时测定蜂蜜中8种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。方法以正己烷为提取溶剂,RTX-1石英毛细管柱为色谱分离柱,电子捕获检测器为气相色谱检测器。对液液萃取条件和气相色谱分离检测条件进行优化,在最优实验条件下考察本方法的分析性能,并对襄阳产地蜂蜜中的有机氯农药残留进行分析检测。结果该方法的检出限(limit of detection,LOD)为0.14~0.45ng/mL,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.82%~9.08%,线性相关性良好(r~20.9939),加标回收率为60.37%~116.25%。结论本方法简便快速、准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于蜂蜜中8种有机氯农药的快速准确定量分析。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in honey by gas chromatography. Method With n-hexane as the extraction solvent, RTX-1 quartz capillary column as the chromatographic separation column, and the electron capture detector was used as the gas chromatograph detector for determination. The liquid-liquid extraction conditions and gas chromatographic separation conditions were optimized. The analytical performance of the method was investigated under optimal experimental conditions, and the organochlorine pesticide residues in the honey from Xiangyang were analyzed. Results The limit of detection (LOD) of this method was 0.14-0.45 ng/mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.82%-9.08%, and the linear correlation was good (r2>0.9939).The recoveries of spiked standards were 60.37%~116.25%. Conclusion The established method is simple, quick, accurate and sensitive, which is suitable for the rapid simultaneous determination of organochlorine pesticides in honey.
