高炉焦比,直接还原度及炉顶温度的联合计算

摘    要:本文采用分解计算的原则,利用高炉区域热平衡,推导出炼铁焦比、铁的直接还原度及炉顶温度的联合计算方法、算式。对澳大利亚学者A.K.Biswas这方面的计算作了某些修正。指出在高炉区域热平衡计算中亦应采用鼓风热焓进行计算,这可以排除高炉过程“内热”因素的干扰,使得计算简捷正确。本文还提出了一些其他算式,如物料的渣量系数,灰石系数、焦炭碳素的有效热量等,这些算式对炼铁工艺计算都是有用的。

Abstract:The method and formulae of calculations of coke ratio,rd and top gas temperature have been Prosented by calculations in top and bottom zone of blast furnace respeatively.The method was followed A.K.Biswas's one,but it had been corrected.It was found that use of enthalpy of blow rate could eliminate influence of the "interior heat" and make calculation much simpler and more accurative in the zone heat balance calculation.In addition,the formulae of calculating other parameter,such as slag amount coefficient,limeston consumed cofficient of raw materials and effecfive heat of coke carbon and so on,have been proposed,it is useful on the ironmaking calculations.
