金属内衬对复合材料身管热性能影响分析

摘    要:采用金属内衬外部缠绕纤维增强复合材料,可以减轻纯金属身管质量,提高身管刚度。为了详细分析复合材料身管金属内衬对身管热性能影响,运用有限差分法建立了武器发射时复合材料身管瞬态数值传热模型,并结合多个设计方案编制通用程序对金属内衬影响复合材料身管热性能进行数值定量分析。结果表明金属内衬厚度对于复合材料身管的传热性能有很大的影响,内衬层越厚对提高复合材料身管热性能越有利,但影响减重,因此在复合材料身管的综合优化设计中必须有重点综合考虑。

Abstract:The pure metal tube weight is reduced and its stiffness is improved by fiber reinforced com?posite material wound on metal liner. In order to analyze the influence of metal lining on the composite material barrel thermal performance in detail, the heat rransfer numerical model of the barrel at launching transient was established by finite difference method, and the influence was analyzed numer?ically and quantitatively by programmed general program based on several barrel design projects. The analyzed result shows that the metal lining thickness has great influence on the heat transfer perfor?mance; the thicker the metal lining is the more favourable the performance is, but which is un?favourable for lightening the weight; therefore the thickness should be considered in integrated opti?mization design emphatically.
