Through on-site surveying the basement floor of a trade center and investigating construction materials,construction procedures,and design data,it points out that： the basement floor is not enough thick,which is the main cause of the accident.Under the buoyant effect,the basement floor is destroyed,and the leakage happens.According to actual stress condition of basement floor,it carries on damage calculation analysis on the most unfavorable place of the basement floor with Chinese norms,and puts forward reinforcement suggestions in light of the analytical results.
