| 摘 要： | 针对大型群体项目的管理难度大的问题,提出了项目管理的三维视角,即项目分解结构、工作分解结构和组织分解结构,并论述了三者间的关系,其中详细介绍了工作分解结构的作用、方法和原则,以提高项目管理水平。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems with hard management in large group programs,the paper points out the three-dimension view of the program management,that is Project Breakdown Structure,Work Breakdown Structure and Organization Breakclown Structure,indicates the relationship among the three aspects,and introduces the role,the method and the principle for the Working Breakdown Structure,so as to improve the program management. |
