| 摘 要： | 从优化项目的施工组织设计、落实成本控制的责权利与有效控制发生的工程变更这三个影响施工成本的关键因素进行分析,探讨了建筑工程项目施工成本的全过程有效管理方法与措施,以期降低施工项目的工程成本,实现效益最大化。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes three factors influencing construction cost including construction organization design of optimization project,implementing responsibility,rights and benefits of cost control,and engineering change caused by effective control,and discusses effective whole process management methods and measures of engineering project construction cost,so as to reduces engineering cost of construction project,and to realize maximum benefit. |
