丙酸乙醇胺催化的Knoevenagel缩合反应

摘    要:在室温且无外加溶剂条件下,丙酸乙醇胺离子液体催化一系列芳醛和活泼亚甲基化合物进行Knoevenagel缩合反应,短时间内以高产率生成相应产物。实验表明,丙酸乙醇胺可以有效地催化Knoevenagel缩合反应,并可以循环使用。

Abstract:Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes and active methylene compounds with malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate to improve the rate of production in a little time had been investigated using 2-hydroxy ethylammonium propionate ionic liquid as catalyst at room temperature without external solvent.It was found that 2-hydroxy ethylammonium propionate ionic liquid was an effective recyclable catalyst.
