光电开关位置编码测控技术及其应用

摘    要:在工程中,往往要对一平面内的运动位置,包括直线位移和角位移进行测量和控制。本文对常用的测控技术和方法做了比较全面的简介。并结合实例从软硬件方面详细讨论了利用光电开关实现的位置编码在闭环测控系统中的应用。该方法的实现,对平面内位置的测控具有普遍的参考价值。

Abstract:In engineering construction, the measurement and control for the motion location including linear displacement and angular displacement on the same plane will be carried out. A comprehensive introduction for the common measurement and control techniques and methods are introduced in the paper. Combining with the practical cases, the application of location encoding to the closed-loop measurement and control system by use of photoelectric switch is discussed for software and hardware in detail. The implementation of the method has a universal reference value for the measurement and control within the same plane position.
