超声珩磨振动系统动态设计

摘    要:对超声珩磨振动系统传递原理及振动系统的设计方法进行了研究.运用有限元动力学分析方法对超声珩磨振动系统进行了模态分析以及谐响应分析,得到了弯曲振动圆盘、振动子系统的谐振频率以及油石座的谐振位移.实验测试较好地验证了理论分析结果,解决了振动系统传统设计中周期长、成本高、匹配性能差等问题,为超声珩磨的推广应用提供了新的研究思路与方法.

Abstract:Transfer principle of vibration system in ultrasonic honing and design method are studied. Finite element dynamics method is used to carry out modal analysis and harmonic analysis to vibration system of ultrasonic honing. Resonance frequency of bend vibration disc and vibration subsystem along with resonance displacement in hone are gained. Experiment test preferably validate analysis result of theory. Problems such as long period and high cost as well as poor matching capability are solved. This provides a new research method for extend application of ultrasonic honing.
