| 摘 要： | 阐述了抗起球阻燃聚酯的合成过程 ,重点研究了抗起球剂加入量对切片及纤维的热性能、物化性能、可纺性和抗起球性能的影响。聚合、纺丝、织造和抗起球性能的测试结果表明 ,切片制备工艺可行 ,可纺性良好 ,添加 0 .0 5 %～ 0 .3%抗起球剂的改性聚酯纺制的抗起球性能可达到 4.5～ 5级。

| Abstract: | The synthetic process of the anti-pill flame retardant PET is described. The effects of adding quantity of anti-pill agent on the thermal behavior,physico-chemical property,spinninability and pilling resistance of chip and fiber are studied.The determine results of polymerization,spinning,weaving and pilling resistance show that the preparation process of chip is feasible,the spinnability is good.The pilling resistance of the textile which is spinning with the modified PET can reach 4.5～5 grade by adding 0.05%～0.3% anti-pill agent. |
