新型耐高压双向椭圆齿轮流量计的研究

摘    要:在分析传统的椭圆齿轮流量计的性能和工作原理基础上,提出了新型耐高压双向椭圆齿轮流量计的结构.采用磁敏传感器非接触式检测流量信号,通过有限元磁场分析和实验表明该流量计工作压力可达31.5 MPa,可实现双向测量,测量精度高,最大压力损失为0.15 MPa,可应用于高压场合的流量检测.

Abstract:On analyzing the capability and principle of traditional elliptical gear flowmeter, a new-type high pressure, bi-directional elliptical gear flowmeter was presented, which utilized magneto-dependent sensors to measure the flows signal non-contactable. The finite element numerical simulation and experiments were carried out. The results showed that this new-type flowmeter could endure high pressure of 31.5 MPa, measure bi-directional flows, whose error was low, and high pressure loss was 0. 15 MPa and could be used in high pressure environment.
