摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立摩擦式提升机摩擦轮的三维有限元分析模型。在此基础上研究了摩擦轮在均匀面载荷作用下轮壳和幅板的变形与应力分布规律。结果表明:摩擦轮的应力较低,摩擦轮轮壳各个子午面和剖面的变形和等效应力分布规律基本相同。分析结果可为摩擦轮的结构设计和应变检测提供基础数据。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS software,a three-dimensional finite element model for the friction wheel of multi-rope friction hoist.The deformation and stress distributions of shell and center plate of the friction wheel under uniform surface load were studied.The results shows that the stress of friction wheel is low,the distribution law of deformation and stress of shell of friction wheel is almost same on meridian plane and profile.The computation and analyses could provide basic data for structure design of the friction wheel and strain measurement in the future.
