对甲苯磺酸催化合成丁酸环己酯

摘    要:研究了丁酸和环己醇在对甲苯磺酸催化下的反应。考查了催化剂用量、反应时间、醇酸物质的量比及带水剂用量对丁酸酯化率的影响。结果表明 :当丁酸为 0 .2mol、环己醇为 0 .34mol、催化剂对甲苯磺酸为 1.0g、反应时间为 2h、二甲苯带水剂为 5 0mL时 ,丁酸环己酯的收率 92 .6 %以上。通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行了结构表征。

Abstract:Esterification of butyric acid with cyclohexanol catalyzed by para-toluene sulfonic acid was investigated. The affects of catalyst amount, reaction time, molar ratio of cyclohexanol and butyric acid, and amount of deaquation reagent of the reaction were studied. The experimental result shows: when butyric acid was 0.2mol, cyclohexanol was 0.34mol, catalyst amount was 1.0g, reaction time was 2h, and amount of deaquation reagent was 50mL under reflux, the yield of the product can be up to 92.6%. Refractive index, elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR characterized the structure of the product.
