基于DSP的烟支重量控制系统研究

摘    要:介绍了有效识别烟支重量所采用的分段平均、加权求和的微积分方法,提出了将香烟重量偏差变换为修整器位置偏差以实现重量调节的比例、积分、微分(PID)控制策略。在此基础上,根据实用性、先进性和可扩展性的原则,确定了基于DSP微控制器的精简而灵活的系统结构,并详细阐述了系统设计与实现过程。
