硅酸盐纳米纤维/氢化丁腈橡胶复合材料的性能

摘    要:研究了热处理时间、偶联剂类型及用量和针状硅酸盐(FS)对硅酸盐纳米纤维/氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,微米颗粒的FS在HNBR中能够被解离成纳米纤维,并具有优良的增强效果。FS/HNBR复合材料具有短纤维增强橡胶复合材料的应力-应变特性和各向异性,硅烷偶联剂的加入和热处理能够提高复合材料的力学性能。热处理10min、FS用量为50质量份、偶联剂选用KH-570且其用量为2质量份时复合材料的力学性能较好。

Abstract:The effects of some factors on mechanical properties of fibrillar silicate/hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(FS/HNBR)composites were investigated,including heat treatment time,types and content of silane coupling agent and FS content.It was found that FS could be separated into nano-fibers in the rubber matrix of HNBR,and the reinforcement of FS was excellent.These FS/HNBR composites were similar to short micro-fiber/rubber composites in the stress-strain characteristics and exhibited obvious anisotropy.Using silane coupling agent and heat treatment could improve the mechanical properties of the FS/HNBR composites.The mechanical properties of the composite was best,while the heat treatment time was 10 min and silane coupling agent KH-570 was selected with the content of 2 phr and the content of FS was 50 phr.
