| 摘 要： | 随着大学排名影响的逐渐扩大,外界对大学排名的关注日益紧密。大学校长作为大学的组织管理核心,对大学排名尤其关注,但由于自身的价值趋向的不同和在排名中的既得利益的不同表现为不同的排名意识。因此,分析大学校长不同形式排名意识产生的原因,并适当矫正大学校长排名意识,对于实现排名和大学的良性互动具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the expanding of university ranking influence, it drew more and more attention from the public. The university presidents, as the core administrators of universities, pay particular attention to the ranking list. But they show different ranking eonsciousnesses because of the different values and the vested interests. Therefore, it is of great help to analyze the reach for university presidents＇ different ranking consciousness and correct their ranking consciousnesses in the realization of the favorable interaction between universities and ranking list. |
