| Abstract: | This paper expounds some problems of talent cultivation mode with combination of work and learning during its mode application and spreading. Then aiming at these problems, some countermeasures and guarantee mechanisms are put forward to perfect and spread this mode so as to cultivate highly skilled manpower. |
