江苏高校学科专业结构调整与就业结构变化的相关分析

江苏高校的学科专业设置与就业结构的变化方向基本一致,但也存在部分专业设置重复率较高,培养的学生人数超出了市场需求,而有些社会急需的专业设置不足的状况。对此,一方面需要政府加强对高校专业设置的宏观调控、监督和指导工作,另一方面,高校也要树立全局和战略眼光,努力形成一种自我发展、自我约束、自我创新的专业发展模式,减少专业设置的随意性和盲目性。

Analysis on Relation between the Adjustment of the Discipline and Specialty and the Employment Structure Change in Institution of tIigher Learning in Jiangsu

The adjustment trend of discipline and specialty structure of Jiangsu has mostly consisted with the change trend of the employment structure of institution of higher learning. But the contradicted phenomenon has existed. One aspect, some specialties have overlapped, and the graduate number has exceeded the market＇s needs. Another aspect, we are short of the specialties needed urgently in society. To solve these problems, the government should reinforce the work of macrocontrolling, supervising and guiding on the specialty establishment in colleges. Colleges also need having the strategic and overall vision, making efforts to form the self-development, self-control, self-innovation pattern, and cutting down the arbitrariness and blindness of specialty establishment.
